I shipped the phone back to you and its been more than 10 days, but i have not received the new certified pre owned phone till yet. Please advise?

I may have issue with my CPO phone, contemplating request for replacement. Did PM ask u to mail phone back, not bring to Telus store? Thanks in advance!
