Waiting for changing plan from November 6

I have a same issue for plan change and I SD sent messages to Mary_M and Shazia_K but still no response.

How long do I have to wait?

Unfortunately it could be a few days at the moment.

I am going to change 2 more lines soon. this is not the first time I am facing this issue. it happend before everytime I had a plan change.

If it was only yesterday, then sit tight, probably be a little longer.  I know many people have been waiting longer than a day, but luckily the plan change seems to be an easy fix when they get to it.
