I purchased a sim card from the website on November 8, and I have not received it in the email. According to your website, it should take 2 business days to come, and I have been waiting over a week for it. Can someone please look into this problem for me, I will be awaiting for a response,.

Common misconception for customers. The SIM card will be shipped within 2 business days and then take up to 10 business days to arrive.
If more than 10 business days, then contact customer service agent.
If you need SIM card more urgently, you could purchase via Amazon.ca (prime shipping) or pick up in store at corporate Telus and Koodo stores. Keep the receipt and often CSA will reimburse the cost.
