Waiting for 2 weeks to Port Number

Hey there,

I've still been waiting to port my number over for 2 weeks now. There was an error in porting my number over and I had already posted on the forum, but no response. I've been running both my old account and my new account at the same time until I could fix this, but as of today my old Rogers number stopped working. When I called them, they said my number had been ported over, yet my phone number still doesnt work - it's still my new PM number.

It's been 2 weeks, can someone please respond?

Thanks

The wait time for first response has deteriorated from 12 days to 19 days. You should find way to escalate up to parent company Telus.
