I am a former customer and am trying to return. I was sent a PROMO code to come back (WINBACK120), but when I try to sign up, it states invalid code?

There's also a Public10 promo code for 10$ on your account, I just got it in my email so I'm not sure if it will work for ever. . Also you can use a refferal code to get an additional 10$ credit on your account.

Was there any specific expiry date on the code itself?
If you are try to activate via website, might want to try to clear cache first, incognito mode or try a different web browser. Or try the PM app itself.

Did you enter that using the promo code button on Payment page?
Wingback code usually has a minimum plan requirement, did you pick a plan that is above the requirement?
Did you use the same email address to login PM app to subscribe?
