@Teena70 I think @dust2dust suggestion to ask CSA's to add it would be a better idea than waiting several hours.

Where did you get it? When did you get it? Try again in another hour. Only try twice. If it still doesn't work then you might need to wait overnight if you just got it. Or contact the support people and have them enter it in.

@Teena70 Have you tried adding by dialing 611? You may also need to keep trying over the next several hours as some vouchers can take upto 24 hours to become active.
