This is the second 100$ voucher we have purchased and when we attempt to enter the voucher number it is telling me is is invalid... this was the same issue as last time. I wondering if there are ongoing issues when attempting to add phone time with this amount of voucher.. can someone please let me know how to fix this??

I am just curious on why you won't use your credit card to top up the balance instead. Maybe also Autopay as well since you get the $2 reward.

@Heffys44 i have had no issues using  recharge.com and did it fron comfort of my couch.

Ok. But were the stores operated by 7-11?

Yeah I agree with the concept of buying smaller voucher amounts just in case there are issues since it takes 5-10 days for pm to investigate.

No it was a chevron gas station and the last time it was an Esso.  I’m thinking it may be time to go back to Telus at least this way, I won’t have ongoing issues when trying to add time.

It crazy how some vouchers seem to have an activation time that is so long.  Going forward, I am only going to suggest using canadiCa Tire gas bar and recharge.com both of which I know definitely sell real time vouchers.

I'd be curious to know if you bought it at 7-11.

You are right... there have been a few customers that had issues with the $100 voucher the last few weeks.  Might be a better idea to buy smaller amount vouchers....  Not sure when you bought the voucher, but sometimes it may take a few hours to becomse "active"

 

You may need to contact moderator to get the voucher validated.  Expect 1-2 day wait.
