@Mikemont :Good that you got it solved by dialing 611, but you not supposed to click your own post as accepted solution. Since esjliv post right below your original post mentioned trying 611, you should choose that post as accepted solution.

You also may want to try clearing cache and cookies, and then opening an incognito tab, and then trying again.

Have you tried by calling 611 as well as on your SELF SERVE?
Sometimes vouchers take 24 hours to be valid, but try another number that looks like it could the pin (12 digits). If still having issues tomorrow contact the moderators.
