I got a 100 dollar yesterday I entered the pin and nothing said can't verify and so I brought 2 more vouchers 40 each they didn't work to plzzz ppl help

Sorry to hear about your troubles. You may need to contact the moderator as stated above, but the problem is that you will need to wait 2- 3 days for response.
The self service website can be finicky. Have you tried a different web browser, clearing cache or incognito mode?
If you really need service, you can buy an online voucher from recharge com (as suggesed above). It has worked well in the past for many customers. Then the moderators can activate your vouchers in 2-3 days.

I've tried everything miss not answered me my account is suspended and I've a sick wife at home and I've thrown 190 dollars down the drain it's look I g like

Given that interaction times with the moderator team will take time, why not let the community try to help first before jumping to conclusions that only the moderator team can resolve the issue.

try calling 611 to load them onto your account. some people have had success with that method when self serve didn't work. if that does not work then I would suggest buying vouchers from recharge.com.

Where did you purchase these vouchers from?
Ask the store where there is wait time before using.

@andyjp73, where did you buy them from. It seems that vouchers purchased from some retailers take some time (many hours) to become active in the system.
