Thank you to the community members.Very helpful. I have put in a porting request on the activation portal ( provided pin # ,IMEI Number etc) , paid for a chosen plan, self serve account created - logged into the self serve account -shows the plan I paid for. I did nothing on the self serve website. Is there anything else that I need to do for the porting to commence ? Or is it that I just wait now. How do i figure at what step the porting process is in ?
