I need to pay my phone bill by voucher thanks

I'm concerned about your response about how you "had to pay through a Community member".  There isn't anyway to pay by sending a payment to a Community member, unless it's perhaps someone you know and that person went to a store and got a voucher for you and you paid the person back.    If you have been asked by a Community member to send money, please report this directly to Public Mobilie.

I applied my payment vouchers using *611. However, the automated phone recording still said my plan will expire on my next payment date. I don’t want my plan to expire. Will my account be debited and my plan continue now that there are funds in my account?

dial *611 from the phone that needs the voucher top-up   or dial 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone, then enter the PM phone number that needs the voucher top-up

or if you can access My Account, login first and use this direct link:
 https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payvoucher

But remember, vouchers from some stores have a 24 hours wait time, and you might need to wait 24 hours before able to use it.  If you have trouble loading the voucher, please reach out to PM CS agent:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
    (if unable to receive 2FA via SMS, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code",
     then choose "
Send email" or "Send Voice Message" to get 2FA via email or voicemail)
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

if you need to make payment by voucher, you can get a voucher from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/Cantire and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone), or load the voucher using My Account ( https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payvoucher )  

You can also buy a voucher online with a fees from muskbird.com/ding.com/recharge.com
