Voucher # could not be added -please tag a Moderator

Hello

 

My payment was due yesterday and I have 2 vouchers but both keep giving me this error:

 

Unfortunately, Voucher #********** could not be added. Please verify the Voucher and try again.

 

Can any mod help me?  
I am entering the Pin’s not the Auth#

Following the pm mantra below when making any kind of change in your account is the best way to avoid weird glitches and error messages with the pm website.

 

  1. Clear your browser.
  2. Reboot your device. 
  3. Open one tab only.
  4. Use secret/incognito mode.
  5. Chrome, Firefox , Safari or Edge work best. 

611 is the easiest way to add vouchers to your account. Dial 611 then press (1) and (1) again and enter the 12 digit pin code from the voucher. You will be verbally confirmed if it is added successfully followed up with a confirmation text from pm/611. If you have been suspended due to non payment your service will automatically renew if sufficient funds are added to cover your plan amount. Reboot if necessary.

 

Would you mind sharing where you purchased your pm vouchers? Do you have a card registered for autopay so you earn the $2 reward and bonus data?

To add the voucher try going into self service. Clear your cache and cookies and go incognito.

 

Also try 611.
