Voucher added, account updated, then 25 mins later, the account reverted to suspended. Can't re-add voucher and there is no history of payment on the account.

I am experiencing the same problem with my phone. Has yours resolved yet? This is a pain in the ass and cost way to much money.

suspended is normal to see on the accounts on the renewal date

you ever open ticket with PM and have them to investigate?
And maybe try a different credit card for payment amd see if it works better

Very rarely a sim problem so I would not be doing a sim swap in self service anymore. Even though your son is on autopay, I would manually make a payment in self service before your son’s renewal date. That payment will be added to Available Funds in self service and used at renewal time.

@JK8, I am not sure what it is with my sons account, but everything about payment with PM is a major struggle. We have 4 PM accounts in the family and the other three are never a problem. His payments are almost always an issue whether manual or auto pay and he has been through 4-5 SIM cards in 2 years. It is almost enough to drive me back to Bell/Telus/Rogers.....

@Blue_baloo reboot the phone once
login My Account again using Incognito mode and see if Payment History page now shows the voucher payment and see if your account shows Active
