I want to be able to see my voicemails on the app but when I open the app it says “call voicemail”. I restarted the network but still doesn’t work. So how can I fix this problem.

@Thamir   you meant you want to delete your name recording  in the voicemail greeting?

• Call your voicemail
• press 4  for personal options 
• then press 4 for personal preferences 
• then press 3 for access recorded name
• then press 3 to delete your name recording

once the name recording is deleted, your  voicemail greeting will change back  to the standard greeting.: you have reached mailbox no. xxxx.

How can I delete my voicemail greeting. I recorded by mistake. I know how to re-record but I don’t want to have greeting on my voicemail. Can anyone give me some suggestions how to do that?
