Can we change numbers of ring or seconds before the voicemail start ?

I have a Samsung S23fe

try this

Dial *#61# to see the current voicemail access number and delay time. the default should be 25 seconds.
If the voicemail access number is 204-588-4001 and you want to set the maximum ring time of 30 seconds, dial *61*2045884001**30#
Verify your setting by again dialing *#61#
You can configure any amount of time from 5 seconds to 30 seconds in 5 second increments.
