Voicemail problems

• Why did my voicemail message switch from English to French and how do I switch it back when all the prompts are in French and I can’t understand them!

To switch your Public Mobile voicemail back to English, call your voicemail, enter your password, and then press in sequence:

4, 4, 5, and 1.

This will change it back to  English.
