I would like to know if my voicemail can be reset. When calls get my voicemail it says vcml is full but on my end it says no messages. Not sure what happened. How can I fix this?

@Frankygee911   did you just join PM and ported your phone number?

@Frankygee911- Oh there was another instance of this problem. We have someone asking today. Can you see all the call forwarding options in the dialer? What number is set for accessing voicemail? Did you try the 1-778-580-4001 number?

There're 2 sides to this story. 1. getting voicemail 2. checking voicemail. Getting voicemail relies on call forwarding. Checking voicemail relies on the access number. And they could be the same. But they're set in two places.

No I cleared my messages and when I call to check it says I have no messages. Not sure what happened to cause this.

Hi yes I did call my phone and when it got to the voicemail it said it was full. I will test it out with the number you gave. Thanks

Are you sure those callers aren't landing in a previous provider voicemail box? Like, how long have you been here? If so then you would need to change your call forwarding.

You can test it. Dial 1-778-580-4001 from your phone and listen to your greeting. Then from another phone or a voip app call your number and let it go to voicemail. Is it the same greeting?

Do you have any saved messages, by any chance? If so, try deleting them and do a test to see if the issue still persists.

@ladydee   I don't recall you can reset the voicemail yourself

can you go to your phone dailer app, check the settings and confirm which VM number it is redirecting to.  I would to change it to another VM number in your province and see if it fixes the issue, here are the list of all VM number PM uses, pick one out of them,
