Voicemail is in french now

Hi there,
I am having a problem with my voicemail for the last 3 or 4 days.
It was working like it normally does but then when I went to check my messages it's in french and it isn't saying anything like "please enter your password" it just goes on for a minute or a minute and a half, then it will beep ... I have tried just entering my password but nothing is working. I have no idea why it's in french instead of english now either.

I actually should have looked for this issue before I posted about it, I found a response that was chosen as the solution, I had to listen very carefully to the french instructions every time I heard a number mentioned I pressed it.. it took a few minutes but I managed to fix my problem. Thank you for your reply. 👍

To change your voice message back to English call into your voice message.

Then press 4
Wait and Press 4 again
Wait and Press 5
Then select 1 for English menus and greetings etc!

What phone are you using?
Do you use your own phone to call your own number to get your voice mail?
If you have an iPhone just press voice mail.
