Voicemail Notification does not turn off

George3D

Using Google Pixel 4 (4G) with eSIM

I have not received any voicemail messages for weeks, and have logged into my voicemail and confirmed no messages (new OR old), have rebooted the device multiple times, but the indicator is still there.

I have used this phone with multiple providers for a couple of years (both SIM and eSIM)  and this is the first time I've had this issue.

I've been unable to submit a ticket (OOPS! Something went wrong message when trying), so hopeful I can get some assistance here. THANK YOU!

Thanks, as my first line is "Google Pixel 4" it isn't an iPhone and I appreciate the link!  I have sent a PM to the CS_Agents at PM and hope that I get a PM from PM back so that PM can help me resolve this issue with PM 🤣

@George3D  if this is iPhone it could be a iOS issue or carrier issue . Not exactly sure . But some have had luck updating the iOS while others had success asking support to reset their  voicemail for them .
