Hi! I just realized that since I've switched to Public, I haven't been getting any voicemails. I don't get many actual phone calls, so I’ve not needed to think about it. My husband called and left a message, but when I click “Carrier Voicemail” in the top right corner of the voicemail screen, it says I have no new messages. I have an iPhone 12 - any thoughts on where the voicemail might be going?

I haven't any issues getting calls!
I went in the phone app in settings and turned on the visual voicemail (it was off) and then clicked back in to carrier voicemail and it retrieved my husband’s voicemail he left. I'm not sure if that fixed it!

@JDodd it sounds like you might not have setup your Public Mobile voicemail. The link below should provide information on how to create, retrieve etc...

are you going incoming calls at all?
and try to call yourself again, leave a voicemail. Then on your phone, press and hold 1 to access voicemail and check if any voicemail message is there? We need to confirm if it is voicemail notification the issue or if there is problem with the VM mailbox itself
