Is it normal to be able to “access another mailbox “ prompt when check for messages?

Wow for some reason I couldn’t see any of these replies…til right now.
basically when I call my own VM, and am done, there’s a option in prompts that’s asks if I’d like to access another mailbox and to enter the code.
I am the victim of personal cellular hacking via device and remotely; 2020- unsure. No help ever received. Just keep switching phones provider’s, numbers emails and basically being controlled psychologically now.
My first thought was to put in a 4 dig pin with suspect that got away with it all, and sudden I was in a mailbox with no missed messages. Was this another “coincidence “? And now the fact I couldn’t see no reply for months…and I only use data and I can connect to a server via my iPhone on data…who’s server can I access and why? Oh I put in the suspects business server name and it was right but the “socket is not connected “. Just found this today.

@Jacks0 if you want to access another voice mailbox, you can call one of the Voicemail access numbers in the link below using a non PM phone
Then enter the phone number of the voicemail you want to check and the VM password

@Jacks0 Are you trying to listen to messages from another source (ie: work phone ?) and listen to them while engaged in your PM voicemail system? I truly believe that’s not possible. Did this answer the question, or did I misread it altogether?
