Voice mail

Public mobile forced me to create a voice mail inbox. Now I keep getting a notification saying there's a new voice mail, when it's completely empty. It won't go away and I cannot find a real human being to talk to.

have someone call you and leave a voice mail. See if the notification will clear when you delete the real voicemail.

Well, with PM you can't speak to anyone from CS. Only via Ticket. Use the chat-icon here on the bottom right side to get in touch with them.
