HI,
Just changed my phone over to Public Mobile. I have tried to reset my network but nothing seems to work. Even when I dial 1, nothing happens. I have the 25$ plan.
Can someone help please? My voice mail is important because i'm job seraching at the moment. Thank you!

Everything is cool!
You have to dial 1 and then your phone number.

@jmercho You will not be able to receive VM until your port completes as VMs will still be going to your previous provider if you are porting your number.
To access Public's voicemail dial 647-580-4001.

@jmercho Hi is your phone locked to your previous provider if so you will need to call them to unlock it

@jmercho hi dial ##004# to reset your voicemail forwarding
you can call your own number to access your voicemail
