Callers leave messages and logo does indicate a number nor can I access the message.

@milanto try download VoIP app TextNow, call yourself and retrieve VM that way see if it works

Sorry to hijack the post. Have the same issue. Tried retrieveing the voice mail messages while outside Canada and gets disconnected. Payment went through and account is active .Called the number listed and nothing happens.The call just drops.

These may be device settings that you can manage.
Under your Phone or Notifications settings, you should be able to establish the notification parameters you wish to set/display depending on the device operating system.

Have you set up your voicemail since activating? It would be automatic unless it was quite some time ago that you activated.
What happens when you hold down the "1" key on your device?
