VoLTE compatible phone.

Just received a text message today that Public Mobile records indicate my phone is not VoLTE enabled, after I replaced my old phone 2 weeks ago with a new 5G phone, which is in fact compatible and VoLTE enabled when checked via IMEI numbers.

How do I inform Public Mobile of this ?    Thanks.

When you switched phones, the IME of the new phone likely has not been updated with Public mobile network yet. From my understanding, this information is loaded up once per month.  So, if the IME checker states that your new phone is VoLTE compatible, I would ignore that text message

The device checker shows compatibility, but as you say above that not all enabled cells work, I guess March 1, 2027 will be the date to find out for sure.

not all volte enabled cells work here. Read this article on the subject and there's a device checker at the bottom...
