Visual Voicemail on Android?

Hello, I have a Pixel XL on Android 8.1, and in the phone app, I have a prompt to activate Visual Voicemail, but it doesn't work. Is this something PM offers or is it there because of a Glitch? It wasn't there when I was on my old provider, Freedom Mobile. Thanks.

I have poor man visual voicemail.

I signed up a free Fongo account for getting voicemail and fax to my emal inbox.

I configured my phone to forward my incoming calls to my Fongo number on the following conditions:

1.  Busy

2.  No answer

3.  My phone is not on.
