I have a public mobile voicemail notification that says new voicemail. It keeps popping up even after dismissing it. I have deleted all messages in my voicemail and the voicemail says no new messages when I call it. I have also cleared cache from my settings (android) and then restarted my phone and the notification still popped up. Any help would be appreciated!
You cleared the cache from your messages app directly?
Leave yourself a message. Listen to it then delete it to see if that will clear the notification. Make sure to listen that it's deleted before existing the call.
