Hi -how do you access your add-on  for US texting and calling when have already paid for it and then visit the US in a week?

You paid for it already? Next time it is better to buy only 1 or 2 days prior to start of trip as it will expire after 15 of purchase. 

Also, what phone do you have? Without a VoLTE phone you might not be able to make phone calls as the US no longer has 3G in most if not all states.

hi @SFO 

US roaming has a 15 days expiration, you don't buy early.  Usually you buy a day before the trip or right on the day

when you are in US, enable Roaming data and make sure the phone connects to T-Mobile or AT&T or Verizon (manually connect if needed)

and you will see a text asking you to buy roaming when you are in US, you can ignore the text if you already go the roaming addon.
