needing to change the verification code to be sent to email and not to phone number. Have to change SIM card so don’t have a phone number currently

No option besides phone number. Like I said all three options to log into app but only 1 to change SIM CARD

is there a Send Voice Message way? click Didn't Receive code or Resend code, choose Send Voice Message if there is one. Then call yourself using another phone to retrieve code from voicemail
if you don't have such option, you will have message PM using direct message like what suggested by @softech above

If we could get the code via email it would be great but it doesn’t give us the option. Only to his phone # that isn’t set up cause we can’t change SIM

to avoid sim swap fraud, the system is more careful when it comes to sim card change. Since you cannot change sim card by just getting the code via email, you will have to you will have to engage PM support by direct message. Private message CS Agent at:

Having same issue. Son’s phone was stolen. He can get verification code sent to email to get into app but cannot switch it to email to change SIM CARD someone please help
