i sold my phone and I need to cancel my subscription but i don’t have access to the phone number they are sending me the verification codes help

Why don’t you transfer your account to the new phone by moving the old SIM to the new phone? Or if it is a phone with eSIM, just download the PM app on the new phone and purchase a new eSIM for free.

Try getting the code via email
on the 2FA screen, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code" and choose "Send email" to get 2FA
if still unable to get the code, reach out to PM CS agent for further assistance
