@Nickilane were you trying to port from Koodo prepaid service?
or did you try to request porting earlier already? Usually this error is there becasue a previous request to port is still pending
If you have NEVER request porting this number into PM, please pick a temporary phone number first to finish the activation. Once the activation is completed and you confirmed you can make outgoing calls and receiving incoming calls on the temporary number, then please open ticket with PM Support and ask them to help porting your number
