I've reached the United States and before that I had add on data of call/text and internet usage but I cant use any of that right now and it js showing it as active.

Are you showing any bars of reception? Can you see what network it thinks it's connected to?
All add-ons start when you buy them. US add-ons are in flux at the moment with providers shutting down the talk part that we need. Except apparently T-Mobile and 2G.

So you see a line of data under my data & add-ons that has roaming in it? Or do you see at least the amount you paid in your balance?
Connect to T-Mobile. Maybe even try switching the phone to 2G-only for calling. See what happens.

@Ninachen Just to confirm, buying addon is a 2 steps process
1. Load fund
2. go back and actual buying of the addon
did you complete both? you see the addon show up in the Plan Details page?
For using the addon, make sure you have Roaming Mobile data enabled.
Also, you need to manually select to either T-Mobile or AT&T , do not leave it with Automatic. Try to connect to both and see which one you can connect and which one works better
