I have more than one email address and can’t remember the email associated with my account to log in and make payment

As long as you remember Password, you can try all those emails and might get lucky.
If everything fails you will have to contact agent to reset your email/pass
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

@pmuoneme You can try to use the Forgot Password link ( https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/ ), enter the email addresses, try to see which one get you to step 2
If you found one, then use it to login or continue to reset password (but you will need to answer the security question to reset password)
If you cannot reset it that way or unable to locate the email used , open ticket with PM Support:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
