Username in community

Hi all

Does anyone know: is there a way to change username for community posting? If so how to go about doing that?

A few years back they stopped allowing people to change their usernames. So either your stuck with this one or you'd need to start a new community handle and ask that this account be closed. You can use the chatbot in the bottom right corner to see how.

Generally, changing Community usernames wasn't an option, even a few years ago.  When the options showed up for Community members back then, it wasn't supposed to.  The option only appeared for a short period of time and has since been removed for most members.

I had my username on this Community changed about 3 years ago.

Only a CS_Agent can change It for you.

DM them and see if they can change it for you.

You will have to ask PM to change the username on the community.  Assuming you have no My Account access yet, you will need to ask PM to help by message them here:
