Hi team,
Upon going through the account activation process, the card I setup to make the payment was charged twice, when I only intended to make one month's worth of a payment.
What's more is that I cannot login nor go through a password reset as I am given a user login disabled error when going through the forgot password process.
Administrators please advise ASAP as this line is for work purposes and needs to be active tomorrow July 17.

@CmiminisCNS If your cc got charged twice the you will have a credit in your account funds balance that will get applied to your next renewal automatically. If you dial 611 from your phone does it report a balance?

@CmiminisCNS - Once you get access to your account, you can post a screenshot of the payment history and someone here can descramble it, to shed some light on any possible double billing.

@CmiminisCNSYou would need to contact the Moderators to get it figured out.
But expect them to get back to you up to 48 hours.. hence I would recommend for you just consider this experience a sunk cost and go and open an account with Koodo (or better Telus) especially it is for work purposes.
