A couple days ago I got a text saying I was at 75% usage (9 of 12gb) and then today I got a message at 95%. My usage history and my phone logs don't show anything near that. What's up?
I'm out of data now and my add-on also emptied itself out.. =/ This is ridiculous.

It says I have add-ons but doesn't show how much is available.. the self-serve is pretty horrendous. I was going to rush off to a walmart to buy a new plan for the 4.5gb for $40 thing and use it for a month... but everything was closed by then.
711 can't activate tonight since apparently i need to call in for their speakout service..
paying $30 for a single gig kinda hurts given that I use 3-4 per month.

And no, as mentioned, Youtube, Instagram, etc, are all set to Wi-Fi only. Even then my phone doesn't say I used any extra data..
Usage history is not updated instantly, but I thought on the home page of self serve under "my dada & add-ons" it is.... but its not? Then my apologies 😞 Quite a kick in the pants.

My phone logs give me monthly logs but I adjust them at the end of each month to ensure I don't end up without data at the end of the 90 days.
There are other apps to log data but your best bet is so log into self serve and look at your data usage there. This is update at retirement home speed nevermind This is the only 100% accurate and instantly updated source to track your data. (instantly updated being "my dada & add-ons amount used) not the daily logs, those are not updated instantly)
Social media is wifi but instagram and youtube are cellular? Youtube uses the most data of pretty much anything.

The usage logs are only updated twice a day so that is why they may not match. There have been posts like this before but it has always come out that the data usage accuracy is right. What type of phone do you have? If iPhone is wifi assist on?

Maybe you have a crapload of apps sucking down data on your phone. Data doesn't just fly out all on its very own. Or you're streaming HD shows all day.
It sounds like you have a 90 day plan. Do the phone logs on your phone give you 90 days or just monthly?
