Usa won't work

I purchased the add on for the states and it will not connect to either att or t mobile.

On My Account,  make sure youbsee thr US roaming addons you purchased, 

On your phone,  Go to the Neteork selection page,  see if you can see AT&T or T-Mobile there,  if so, try to manually connect to it.

Which of the 10 Day US Roaming add-ons did you buy ? Is data and text included and do either of those work while you're in US ?

With the recent retiring of 3G in US, your calls could be negatively impacted, but data and text should be functional.

@davidwtalbot  - is your public mobile plan current Active?

And, do you see the addon listed in your My Account ?

Roaming addons are required for services work whilst in the USA.

If you are in Canada and trying to call the USA, the you require regular addons.

What country are you in? And what particular addon did you purchase? A screenshot of your addons would be helpful.

If in the USA now, try restarting your phone or perform a reset of the device's network settings.
