PM philosophy is no refunds ...especially when customer errs. Plead your case to moderator and maybe have those funds applied to future renewal rather than a refund.

In the meantime if you need the right add on immediately you should add more funds to your account and purchase the right add on! When the moderators get back to you then you can discuss the refund with them
