PMed moderators. No response. Trying to switch over to koodo. No customer service. Website needs to be fixed still as it won't reset to email address. Such a hassle.

Sorry just frustrating that password cannot be reset in email, period. There shouldn't be a need to create a forum account, and then ask a question about it.
Wasn't sure I wanted to switch over as it's a similar thing.

@acidfire10@Also why did you wait till the absolute last minute. The promo has been on since mid Feb.
What you could try however is sign up for the plan online, and ask for a new number be assigned.(this option was available when I joined koodo 2 weeks ago) Then complete the port once the sim arrives.

@acidfire10, it is definitely inexcusable that the password reset function still does not work. It is the only site I have used that doesn't have a functioning password reset. That said, it is hard to fault customer service not being 24/7. What cellular provider offers that level of service.

Wow! Horrible customer service! If I can't switch over to koodo because nobody is available and their website doesn't work to reset the password (common complaint in this forum for years).
