I have $40 in my account my plan is $45.50 

How can I use $5.50 from credit/debt card instead of the options available $20 $40 $50

Only need to add $5.50 to account to pay $45.50 I wish their was actual people to talk with over the phone instead of this online chat it's very useless

If your account payment isn’t connected to a CC/debit. You can purchase voucher to make the additional payment.

Vouchers can be purchased at:

7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

In PM, under payment, there is an option to add funds with Credit Card, click on it, then you can specify the amount you want to pay.

if you have a valid debit or credit card on your account set to Auopay (Subscribed)..there's nothing to do. During the next renewal, it'll take the balance owing from that card.

Add a visa and set up auto payment it will take the remaining amount from the visa. You can still pay the way you were before if you don't want to use the visa all the time and just use it as a backup

@Brendan_w09 , the way the payments work is that account funds are debited first before going to the credit card for the remainder.  So there is nothing you need to do.
