Did you try dialing 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a manual payment to restore service?

when you created your account and activated your plan, you needed a valid payment card on file. Did your payment card expire or somehow get cancelled ? The "autopay" function usually works perdy good as long as payment card is valid. I suggest you check on status of your payment card to make sure it's all ok.

After a failed autopay payment, adding a new credit card doesn't renew the plan. If you service has stopped working, a payment needs to be done manually.

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes
Usually we ask people to wait a day or even longer before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but since your plan has already expired, so buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
