Hi,
My fd phone got suspended.
Her payment did go through, but she still can’t use the service. She called *611 and 855-478-2542. But in vain.
Her online acc is disabled as well. She can’t make a post on the community. Can someone contact her please?

The account holder (or someone who can verify) needs to contact the moderators. What happens when 611 is called? Time may be of the essence here though.

@mylololi She will need to contact a moderator through here. She can set up a community account to do so if needed.
You can contact the mods one of 2 ways. Click the question mark bottom right of the browser as shown in the picture and open a ticket through the automated ticketing system;
or you can contact them through direct messaging at the following link (note this way may take longer for a response);

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though typically they are much faster. Watch the envelope icon top right for a reply.

@mylololi I understand that your friend's Community account is disabled but is she able to log into her self-serve account? Is her account showing suspended there?
