I introduced my friend to Public Mobile. He started on the cheapest tier, 250 Mg data. He decided to up his plan to 1 Gb($25/month). When he reached the 250 Mg mark, he had no more data. His account says he has data, but Public Mobile needs to be informed of the change because that purchased data is inaccessible. Who do we contact? (I have found Public Mobile to be good for my needs. I hope you will prove to be the same for a friend.)

Did he change plan NOW or he scheduled plan change on next renewal?
Did he buy any data add-on?
Sometimes you would need to refresh page multiple times or use different browser to get actual account status.

@Urbona do you know which option he picked when he request the plan change? Change plan now? Chamonix the renewal date?
If he picked the later one, the change will not happen until the next renewal date and it could be why he still has only 250 MB of data, and used up, now
