additional info to be aware of...once you've upgraded plans, it's difficult to downgrade plans again. If the plan you currently have isn't offered any longer, you won't be able to get it back if you do upgrade but change your mind. Make sure the upgrade is the plan you wanna stay with...for awhile anyhow.

Hello @debbie13
Here's the link to find the plans available to you.
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/plan/change-plan
Just know, moving up will not allow you to move back down. Also, if you choose a higher plan, make sure you start it at the renewal date, not right away as you'll lose anything you've paid for as it's not prorated.

Which $40 plan you want to add? if you have a plan that is cheaper than $40 now, you should see the current $40 plan. But of course, some plans have been retired and you won't see them
And when you make plan change, remember to use Change on Renewal option and not Change Now.

hi @debbie13
login My Account, go to Change Subscription page and check if the plan you want is there
but you have to understand that you can only choose to change plans offered on that page. If the plan is not there, there is no way to change to that plan.
