Upgrade to or purchase new iPhone 12

Hi everyone. I'm curious if its feasible to purchase a new iPhone from Apple Canada and use it with my existing PM micro SIM. I'm currently using a Oneplus 5 android phone.

Any help is appreciated.

Yes, i meant if it is those "convertible/breakable" kind.  I always added the note for clarification.

 @Victorypoint : You'll likely need to snap out the little frame to make it nano size but I would say certainly yes.

Just make sure you get an nano SIM (depends if it was from a new kind of design that you can break a micro sim into nano.  If not, just get a new SIM and do a SIM swap)
