I upgraded to 4g on Sunday Aug 21. My account shows that I still am on 3G. What’s going on?

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

or safari on private mode To Login Page

 

it is just a glitch in the system there is a new design it is affecting some customer for change plan they showing charge for new plan cost and not showing right away in account it's has new plan yet, it could take up to 48 hours until you experience full 4G speed, and for plan has change but the system will be changed soon.
could you do turn off device and turn on..

Check your account using different browser, clear cache, refresh page few times.

Did you card get charged for new Plan?

If you did not have enough funds to cover the new plan at your renewal date or date you were trying to change on, then the issue may have been you needed to add enough funds first before the plan change will work...yes, even if you are on Autopay (it is a new bug that has been reported since the upgrade).

 
Or, do you mean you see the plan in your My Account, but not getting the speeds? Apparently the speed takes 48 hours to start to work when changing from 3G to 4G.

@DWilly1 , try using incognito mode or clearing browser cache.  What you are seeing might be a cached version of your account.
