I'm trying to update my payment but it keeps tell me oops unsuccessful. Tried several times! I read that some people have been having the same issue. Please help.

Still has not worked. This website needs a serious overhaul! Thanks for the suggestion.

Sometimes if you go back a page and then resubmit you may have success.  Let us know what works for you.

Try again, but clear your browser cache first and then open a new browser window in incognito/private mode.

Trying several times may have locked your card out from use at Public Mobile.  To check if that's the case open a ticket to ask a customer support agent.  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
