I cannot access my account to update my credit card. I go to log in and i get up a pop introducing me to the new self serve option and right behind that is my account settings but I cannot access it. Has been very frustrating to just update my CC info and make a payment? Please help

my suggestion would be to use your laptop to access your account. (make sure to use incognito made).
Alternative is to dial 611 with your cell phone, then make cc payment...you will need your PM pin number. Deal with cc issue later when things are working properly for you.

Make a certain to clear your system's cash and cookies and try opening an incognito tab and trying again.
You may also want to try logging in from a completely different browser on a completely different device.
