I had the opportunity to switch over to the new offer of 15gb data on 4 g network. I had the confirmation and it was pending renew period. I noticed that I did not receive my 15 gb deal. What are my options and who can I speak to about fixing this for me?

Thank you very much for your help. I did a cache and history dump. Logging onto PM via computer seems to help with my Issues. I will keep an eye on my account from my device and see if i can witness the change.

There's a chance that the plan change did occur successfully. The Self Serve website can show old details in error and can be corrected by logging out and re-launching your web browser in incognito/private mode before logging back in to look at the details.
