I'm locked out of my account and I can't reset the password and I need to update billing info. How do I talk to someone with a pulse?

If you are locked out of your account because of too many attempts with the wrong email or password. You need to wait for an hour to re-login but clear the cache and go incognito on your browser before login.
Also, don’t use autofill. You need to manually enter your email address and password. There will be a check mark next to your email and password if it is OK to click login.
